    They helped us move on to new providers with better pricing.

    As our retail business grew, so did our responsibilities, contracts, and providers we had to deal with. We were getting exhausted reviewing several different contracts and tracking our expenses, and all of these take time out of more important stuff we should be focusing on. BCM One analyzed all of our existing contracts and helped us assess which ones we needed and which ones we were better off without. Finally, they helped us move on to new providers with better pricing.

    Having some ongoing technical issues with the mobile app, desktop site seems to work well. Agent helped some, still have some issues to solve and another organization user who uses android keeps having mobile app crash

    Absolutely horrendous company to work with. Terrible response times and it has taken over 8 months to get a customer’s services cutover from one provider to another. And then when it finally got done they didn’t even cut over the internet services which was what the original order was for. I never review companies but this one should be avoided at all costs. They will make your life hell because of their lack of attention. I wouldn’t be surprised if my customer never talked to me again because of this debacle. AGAIN IF YOU ARE CHANGING SERVICES AND ARE CONTACTED BY ONE OF THEIR “FAST TRACK PROVISIONERS” DO NOT USE THOSE SERVICES.

    They were extremely costly to change our services over to only to find out that they provided us outdated equipment and phones that were confusing and difficult to use. (They were known as McGraw at that time.)

    BEWARE…they auto renew and lock you into a contract. They overcharge you for services calls due to the confusing way they set up their equipment. There are also several down days (no phone, no internet) when you are trying to run your company.

    The one good thing is their trouble shooting team. They are quick to reply and for that I was appreciative since we had so many issues.

    Read their contract very carefully, you will see that the contract is not customer friendly and only works in their favor. I just happened to put my trust in the wrong people and don’t want anyone else to fall victim.

    BCM One is my top strategic partner. They are an intricate part of my telephony team. They manage all of my Microsoft, Hosted VOIP, MPLS, DIA, and broadband connections. Most importantly, they consistently educate my team on what’s new in the industry and fight to get me the right service at the right cost. My overall partner experience with the BCM FAST Track team is first rate and has elevated the client experience.     Been working with BCMOne for years, since they were McGraw. Service and support have gone downhill , account rep disappeared. Cancelling all my BCMOne circuits and services.

    Terrible. Took over a year to switch us over to them and when they did we had a bunch of issues. They also put random charges on our invoices that made no sense. Examples are 4G overage and E-911 charges. We don’t have cell phones with them for us to have a 4G Overage charge. SMDH

    BCM One Fast Track Provisioning team has made a huge impact on day to day sales and cable order submission. I am a busy agent on go and expect to submit cable orders without much follow up. With BCM One I am able to submit my orders to BCM One without fear of it getting lost orno follow up

    Overall: An excellent experience using BCM One’ Sophia portal and TEM services. First, their customer support is far superior. Since becoming a customer we removed the time consuming and tedious tasks of managing our inventory. The ability to generate custom reports is easy, get a handle on overall telecom expenses, and most importantly, cost savings. We were able to have staff focus on other tasks that bring added value to our organization.
    Pros: This application is easy to use and has numerous functions that is beneficial, especially when having to manage hundreds of accounts, circuits, and phone numbers.

    Overall: I can pull records at any time for all locations without going through to many steps
    Pros: Easy to navigate through the portal and can quickly pull all technical inventory for all the sites
    Cons: Have not found anything that would make me not like the software. It’s very user friendly.

    I’m the CIO of PAYOMATIC, the largest alternative financial service provider that focuses on the New York market. We provide different financial services, including check cashing, prepaid car With 140 stores, we have to provide a completely redundant, highly available network for transactional processing. Everything, including the home base, has to be connected with highly available data circuits because everything happens in real-time between the POS and back office.

    We were using an older provider that provided an MPLS solution that was expensive and slow. We worked with BCM One to get redundant data circuits from a whole slew of different carriers and to manage the rollout and bidding.ds, and money orders to our customers. We work with different stores in the five boroughs in New York. BCM One was willing to work with us. They were flexible, and we got through everything pretty well.
