Very Pleased!
The mobile app is the most valuable feature for me. I love that I have my laptop on my phone and can work from anywhere without ever missing a beat. We considered a few different solutions. Mobile App is awesome
We weren’t even looking for a mobile app solution but it came with the package and now I don’t thing we’ll ever go back. Our company can function from anywhere and never skip a beat because all staff has their own line and do everything they were doing on a desktop on their mobile phone. Pretty impressed with how easy it is to work with.

Previously used Vonage
Previously used Vonage Business and Panterra Networks was roughly half the cost by comparison with significantly better platform and network. Extremely happy I made the switch! The customizable and DIY Call Flow options are really amazing. Had to get their Support Team to help with my Yealink configuration bc of having used anther provider on the same system but they were easy to deal withand fixed the issue in a matter of minutes. Very impressed

The most reliable phone system
Panterra’s mobile App provided everything we were looking for. We’ve been using softphones and wanted to continue using softphones for the mobility and ease of use. With the mobile app we have overall greater usability on the backend, a chat feature, easy transfer, file shareing which is a bonus and the excellent customer service Panterra provided was just top also a bonus

A lot better than I expected.
I was not sure what to expect when first starting with Panterra but I am glad I did. I have not run into any problems with any of the devices. No latency problems whatsoever and the quality is much better than what I envisioned. Recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable service!

So far so GOod!
Great service and no complaints so far. Everyone I have come across at the company has been helpful. We’ve been set up now for a few years, and have had very few issues. When we have issues, we can usually resolve them quickly on our own or with support, who are pretty quick to respond usually. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a VoiP service!

Excellent service and good sound quality. There are a lot of options, so someone like me that does not read manuals it works perfect. WORTH IT!!
I experienced awesome service today while calling in for some technical support. Don’t remember who I spoke too but I was very impressed . He was very patient, clear, and thorough in his explanation of the services. Because of his support I am very excited about this platform. I have been a customer since 2020, due to past bad experiences with customer service. I am thankful and now will be a long lasting customer for PanTerra!

At first I was not sure what to expect from PanTerra. I started my service with them and although it has not been perfect, PanTerra has always been willing and happy to fix any issue I have run into while using this service! I think PanTerra goes the extra mile on numerous things, but one thing always stands out. Their customer support will spend hours getting you set up *exactly* how you need and are happy to do it. That’s awesome and I totally recommend them on that alone. I was first hesitant to use them but in the end I am glad I made the switch! It has been easy for us to switch over and most of us love it more!

Great Cost!
We selected them to replace our aging phone system for our medical clinic. We set our our needs and expectations from the beginning that we needed phone trees and queuing of calls and ways to monitor the queues and were assured that was all possible for a reasonable cost. The audio quality is great, it’s only limited by the quality of the phone at the other end, and the recordings are just as clear. After hundreds of calls, I have no complaints. PanTerra has been an essential tool for me for over a year, and it has never failed in any way.

Great Price
Great for the price! I’ve been using panterra for about 3 years now, I have had few minor issues with the app, I originally had ring central and there was a decent in the call while using the app but with Panterra i have not encountered any problems with the clarity or connecting calls. For what I use it for it works perfectly and I would recommend for any small business.

I love Panterra it is a very easy application that I use every day to work remotely from my cellphone or computer. I do not need to worry about my list of contacts since it automatically refreshes. You can have a main line that can be answered by any of us in the office. which is great no calls get lost in translation.

PanTerra Demo
Prior to contacting PanTerra I contacted 8 x 8. I’d stayed in touch with an 8 x 8 representative that I can only describe as the consummate professional. He referred me to another representative since he now accommodates larger accounts. I requested a call from the new representative. Unfortunately I didn’t hear from him despite communicating my sense of urgency. I did receive an email in which he requested I refrain from contacting him numerous times by phone. I recall leaving one voice message and speaking to at least 3 other representatives. All 3 calls abruptly terminated. I’m unsure if it was due to poor connection. I was advised by the 8 x 8 rep to contact him by email beforehand. Something I had already done. I surmise he didn’t want to speak to me. Frustrated I sent a message indicating I would take my business elsewhere. Ultimately this culminated in the edited message he sent me below. “Wishing you the best and I hope things work out in your favor! Let me know if things end up falling through and you still need some assistance.” In retrospect I’m glad I found PanTerra. His actions were a blessing in disguise. It’s obvious to me PanTerra caters to a more professional audience. To do so it’s obvious they employ seasoned professionals. I interacted with Lyle and Dave both consummate professionals. There is a difference. I’m a Professional Advisor and can say you get what you pay for. I won’t compare PanTerra to 8 x 8. That’s impossible. It’s like comparing apples to oranges. But if you want arguably the most professional unified messaging communications system I’ve come across that’s capable of replacing Zoom and syncing with your Outlook CRM accompanied by professional tech support and professional sales people this is the unified messaging communications system for you. I’ve used unified communications since the 90’s. This is a cloud based unified messaging system that I feel comfortable recommending to other Professional Advisers given the security features embedded. I signed up for the numerous features and because it’s more secure than Zoom and a lot easier to operate from my perspective. Imagine Zoom o steroids in addition to a unified messaging component. To paid Zoom subscribers better check this out!

Great Software Company!
PanTerra really is a Great software company. The new UC is called Streams and we’ve been using it for 5 months, We are extremely satisfied with Panterra Networks. Id recommend Panterra’s Voip services, especially the Smartbox to everyone. its a good way of sharing documents, we can even share text messages. And it was easy to install, with free set up! Pan Terra is great for the price with unlimitd outbound calling and the mobile app. I can make calls even while out of the office. Smart box feature is a tool i love it lets me Store files And Share them!
