UCaaSReview Excellence Awards 2025

Participation in the UCaaSReview Excellence Awards 2025 (“Awards Program”) is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By submitting a nomination, the participant agrees to be bound by these terms.

  • 1. Eligibility

    • To be considered for nomination, a UCaaS provider must:

    • Have an active, published profile on UCaaSReview.com
    • Collect a minimum of 5 verified reviews on UCaaSReview within the past 6 months from the nomination deadline
    • Maintain an average review score of 7.5 or higher (based on UCaaSReview’s 10-point scale)
    • Offer UCaaS services as an active commercial provider

    Nominations may be submitted by providers, customers, or authorized partners. Self-nominations are accepted.

  • 2. Review Integrity

    • Only verified reviews published through UCaaSReview’s standard review process will be considered. Eligible reviews must:

    • Be submitted by actual users of the product
    • Be verified through UCaaSReview’s validation system
    • Remain public and visible on the provider’s profile at the time of judging
    • Not be influenced by undisclosed incentives

    Any attempt to manipulate reviews or misrepresent review sources will result in immediate disqualification.

  • 3. Submission Deadlines

    • Nominations must be submitted by the official deadline for each award wave. Late, incomplete, or ineligible submissions may be excluded from consideration at UCaaSReview’s sole discretion.

  • 4. Judging Process

    • Each year, UCaaSReview highlights standout providers shaping the future of Unified Communications. We combine expert analysis with AI that scans thousands of online reviews, comparisons, and support insights, giving buyers a clearer, unbiased view of real-world performance. That same AI helps us curate these awards with precision.

    These awards serve as a signal of trust and credibility for businesses seeking reliable communication partners.

    Finalists and winners will be selected by UCaaSReview’s editorial and research panel using the following criteria:

    • Volume and recency of verified reviews
    • Average customer rating and sentiment
    • Alignment between the platform’s capabilities and the category description
    • Consistency and credibility of user feedback across reviews
    • All judgments are final and not subject to appeal.
  • 5. Awards & Recognition

    • Winners will receive:

    • A digital award badge for use on websites, sales materials, and campaigns
    • Inclusion in UCaaSReview’s 2025 Awards announcement and editorial spotlight
    • Visibility across UCaaSReview’s website and communication channels
    • Social media promotion featuring winners

    Additional exposure may include:

    • Featured placement on UCaaSReview (e.g., homepage or category carousels)
    • A visual trophy icon next to the winner’s name in search results
    • Inclusion in a blog or case study showcasing how winners engaged their communities
    • Use of award assets must comply with UCaaSReview’s brand guidelines. Misuse may result in removal of recognition.
  • 6. Disqualification

    • UCaaSReview reserves the right to disqualify any nominee at any time if:

    • Falsified information is provided
    • Reviews are found to be inauthentic or manipulated
    • The provider ceases operations or becomes inactive
    • Terms of eligibility are no longer met
  • 7. Updates to Terms

    • UCaaSReview may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be reflected on the official Awards page.

  • 8. Category Selection & Eligibility

    • Each nominee may be considered for multiple categories, provided they meet the minimum requirements for each.

    UCaaSReview reserves the right to reassign nominations to a more appropriate category if it better reflects the provider’s offering and performance.

  • 9. Confidentiality

    • Nomination materials will be treated as confidential and used solely for evaluation purposes.

    Public reviews will remain visible on the platform, but proprietary nomination content (e.g., internal success stories) will not be published without permission.

  • 10. Use of Award Assets

    • Award winners and finalists may use UCaaSReview’s badges, logos, and other assets in sales, marketing, and recruitment campaigns.

    However:

    • Assets must not be altered in a way that affects legibility
    • All use must comply with provided brand guidelines
  • 11. Media & Publicity

    • By participating, winners agree to be publicly named and may be contacted for short commentary or involvement in award-related features.

  • 12. Right to Decline Awards

    • UCaaSReview may withhold an award in any category where:

    • No nominee meets the required quality threshold
    • There is insufficient data to ensure a fair, data-driven outcome
